The Rubber Duck Race returns to Paddington!
Merchant Square, Paddington really does have the best local summer activities around. On Thursday 28th July, 500+ rubber ducks will be released into the canal for a 100-yard splash to the finish line. The Rubber Duck Race 2022 is to help raise increasingly vital funds for COSMIC – Children of St Mary’s Intensive Care.
Sponsoring a duck costs just £3, with the winning prize being a pair of Eurostar tickets to a destination of your choice! There will be plenty of runner up prizes as well.
You can purchase a duck online here, or head to the West Plaza steps on the day of the race to buy from COSMIC in person.
The fun won’t stop there! The Rubber Duck Race is happening on the same day as the Dragon Boat Regatta, a fun and frenzied competition that sees crews race each other down the canal in fancy dress.
