Excellent stay, as always
Over the years, we have stayed at this hotel several times. It feels more like home than a hotel. Kudos to the staff for always taking such wonderful care of us.

The Mercure Hotel in Tavistock Square was perfect for our two night stay, with easy access on foot to our concert at the Royal Albert Hall, via Hyde Park. The Mercure staff were all very friendly, courteous and helpful. We were given an upgrade on arrival, which we hadn't asked for, which was a lovely gesture. Our bed was very comfortable and the breakfast selection was varied and tasted good. We really enjoyed our stay and could not fault this hotel. It is in a quiet, pleasant Square, but close to eateries as well. We would definitely recommend it. Good job, Mercure!

After a particularly warm welcome, we were given an early check-in (due to the rain) and a complimentary drink. We had a spacious, clean family room equipped with everything we needed. It was wonderful. The adjoining Italian restaurant is also highly recommended; we had a delicious meal. Thank you!

The room was comfortable, clean and modern. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The rest of the hotel was nicely presented and had all the amenities needed. Would definitely stay again.
Stay in London
Very comfortable, clean hotel, just steps from Paddington station. The room wasn't very big, but it was well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed and a nice, fairly large bathroom. Very friendly and helpful cleaning staff. The reception staff were friendly and very patient with our difficulties with English. We will definitely be back
