Very nice staff at reception. Room was an ok size but for the price of hotels in London it was very reasonable. Very nice breakfast In Bella italia restaurant connected to the hotel. Paddington station connecting different parts of London city and Heathrow Airport is only 5 minutes walk away. Hyde Park is also about 8 minutes walk from the hotel with beautiful walks and gardens.

Great location - only 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station and the airport express train. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lovely gifts in the refrigerator free of charge. Very thoughtful.

We could not have had a better hotel stay! From check-in to check-out it was exceptional. We had 2 rooms booked and both were super, lovely views over the garden, well equipped and very clean. Thank you to the lovely guy who checked us in, so gentle, kind and helpful 5*. We will definitrly recommend this hotel and will return. Thank you your great service is very much appreciated.

Wonderful Hotel
Great location and good rooms with plenty of light. Very close to Paddington Station, but not to be confused with Mercure Paddington. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Located on a quiet square. The fridge with free drinks is a lovely touch. Excellent staff. Breakfast much improved since 18 months ago.
