The location is ideal for staying in London. In a residential area a short walk from Hyde Park and within walking distance of many points of interest. Furthermore, it is very well connected by public transport, both subway and train, with Paddington station less than 5 minutes' walk away. There are also several restaurants in the area that are worth a visit. In terms of location, the hotel is 10/10. In addition, the hotel is very clean and has very pleasant common areas in the reception area and ground floor. The bathroom is well-equipped, and you have complimentary teas and coffees in the room, which is always nice.

Hotel in an excellent location, just a short walk from Paddington Station—very convenient for those arriving from Heathrow Airport. The rooms are small but functional. There is a varied breakfast served at Bella Italia. The staff are always helpful and kind. Recommended!!

We really liked the hotel, the service was super friendly and attentive from everyone, the room was good (a little small, but we were aware of that), the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was small. Also, but it served us well (excellent quality towels). Perfect location, close to Paddington station, great restaurants nearby and the hotel's own restaurant is very good too! We were given breakfast on the first day to try it out and we loved it! I would definitely stay there again, I highly recommend it!

A good choice for a few days in London, especially if travelling via Paddington station.
This hotel is in a great location for travel via Paddington station and is walking distance to Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and the canals behind Paddington station. I think it is good value for London. My room was as described on the website: very comfortable, clean, well designed with a surprising amount of storage space, and an attractive and practical ensuite. The reception team members were all welcoming, pleasant and helpful, and I was grateful to receive a complimentary breakfast on my first day, in addition to the items in the mini bar. I was also able to store my luggage at the hotel for a few hours prior to check in and after check out, which was very convenient.

Great location and lovely staff, but shower issue and limited breakfast menu We stayed in Suite 105 for a two-day birthday trip to see a concert at the Eventim Apollo. The hotel's location is brilliant, right near Paddington Station, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and having complimentary drinks in the mini-bar was a really nice touch.

Exceptional stay from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will 100% be recommending this hotel to all our family and friends. A special shoutout to Mohammed, who checked us in—he was an absolute delight! This hotel was our last stop of our two week long honeymoon trip, and the surprise room upgrade was the biggest cherry on the top. Honestly, every single member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We can’t say enough nice things. We’d love to come back.
Outstanding
Excellent location with friendly staff. We were charged only 5 pounds to store our luggage overnight, which was a great deal and saved us the time and effort of finding a luggage storage facility elsewhere. Highly recommend this place!
