A lovely stay
We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Room was spotless and well equipped and the location was perfect for Hyde Park concerts and easy access to the city. Breakfast was excellent. All the staff were great with Sophia on the front desk being particularly helpful and cheerful.

"Had a great stay here after flying into London from abroad. We only were staying a couple of nights before heading out from Paddington so this hotel was great! We traveled with our 2 yo and got a family room which had a spacious double bed and a twin set up and it worked for our family perfectly. Staff were absolutely fantastic and honestly made us want to stay here again!"

"Honestly, the rooms were great and clean. But what really stood out for us was the front of house staff! We arrived late on a sunday with our 2 yo and the staff were so welcoming and helpful beyond their usual duty. They helped me find milk at like 1030 pm for our kid which was amazing! Rooms are great but the staff are exceptional!"

Conducive venue, value for money
Location is stone throw from Paddington Station, bus stops, taxis and amenities, Front counter especially Ms Deea was extremely hospitable, room size was acceptable to London normal standard, the English breakfast was excellent
A good stop off near Paddington station
A well equipped hotel close to Paddington station. I was upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise. This room was very well equipped with a lovely bathroom, balcony windows and minibar. I was only stopping off on my way home from a flight so didn't have much chance to sample everything. Breakfast offer was fine

The customer service and how helpful the staff were. The location was superb close to public transport and car services. Would definitely recommend.

The service and profesionalism of the hotel staff was extraordinary. We would especially like to thank one of the receptionists, Sofia/Sophia, who was so amazing and helpful. As guests we felt seen and appreciated. We stayed earlier at your hotel and will certainly stay again in the future.
Comfortable, clean and friendly reception
The hotel is in a great location. Close to a lot of places to eat and drink. Paddington station is literally a 3-4 minute walk away and Hyde park around the corner. The woman who checked me in, gave me a room upgrade free of charge which was nice. This included a small complimentary mini bar and Prosecco/chocolates. Both the women on the front desk were very friendly, especially the woman wearing a headscarf.
