I Stayed at the Mercure London Hyde Park and honestly, it completely beat my expectations. From the second I walked in, everything just felt easy. Check-in was quick, super friendly, and actually felt genuine, not that robotic, transactional vibe you sometimes get. The front desk team really set the tone straight away. Special thanks to Deeia, Hemzar, Sara and the girl who served us Adan! The room was a really nice surprise too. For central London, it was way more spacious than I expected, and the layout just worked, it felt comfortable straight away. Everything was spotless, and you can tell housekeeping really pays attention to the little details (fresh linen, everything properly in place, the works). Itchi at checkout held our bags and was very friendly and helpful! Also, even though it’s literally right by Paddington and Hyde Park - which is usually a noisy area, it was properly quiet. Slept better here than I have in some so-called “luxury” spots in London. Will definitely come back!

I said at this hotel over the bank holiday weekend and alll I can say is 10/10 service. The staff were really lovely and the room met our expectations. The room was very clean and the perfect destination as its waking distance from Paddington. I would definitely recommend and I would book in the future

This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Our room was changed upon our request, and they gave us a beautiful and very comfortable room. We really appreciated how accommodating they were. We had accidentally booked without breakfast, but they kindly offered it to us as a complimentary gesture, which was such a lovely surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always smiling. They truly made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I have never been this satisfied with any hotel before—this was truly the best experience. I’m very grateful and would absolutely love to stay here again.

great location on a quiet square but not far from paddington. great breakfast at Bella Italia with fast service. I had a top floor room, which was well appointed and comfortable although not large. It offered everything I needed for a business stay.

Fantastic location - Heathrow Express easily accessed. Reception staff always very polite & helpful. Loved my room overlooking Talbot Square.
