Good value for good location
Staff was great, location was perfect. by Kensington park, paddington station. Easy to get everywhere. Check in and bag storage were easy.

Beds were comfortable. Shampoos etc were lovely. Coffee machine great. Complimentary drinks in fridge.

Perfect central location, close to the tube. Good breakfast, helpful staff, clean, cozy and high quality. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Easy check in
Easy check in, Adan on reception was very helpful, and made the check in process very easy. The room was clean and well equipped, the bed comfortable.

Very clean hotel, friendly service. Good breakfast, not far from Paddington station.
Great location and service
Stayed for 2 nights at the end of April, chose a larger room which was slightly cosier than expected but still very nice. Received a drinks voucher on arrival as an Accor member and staff very friendly and accommodating, a very convenient location
