We had a four person group and found the hotel convenient, good amenities, comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay here again

Friendly, helpful staff available at all times. Clean room with every eventuality considered, comfortable bed.

I only stayed one night and had to leave early the next morning 06.15 I didnt eat at the hotel but the check-in was simple and the staff very friendly. The room was on the 5th floor via the elevator and was very comfortable and included complimentary drinks both hot and cold The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom appeared to be very newly refurbished with a great shower all in all a very nice albeit short stay

Nice hotel in a very nice area. Staff very nice. Clean & comfy rooms. Gym available. In reach of most amenities. & close to the station. Quiet area.

I’ve stayed in several hotels in this area, and this was one of the best. I’ve never been disappointed by a Mercure. Free drinks in the room!

The hotel was ideally situated 4 minutes walk from Paddington station and near lots of little shops places to eat. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. We were able to leave our bags before and after check in which was extremely helpful.

Lovely spacious comfortable room in a great location. Nicely decorated. Great breakfast in ajoining restaurant. Quiet location. One of the nicest stays we have had in the paddington area. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Excellent Hotel in a really good location. Very well presented comfortable and spacious rooms. Five minutes from the station and also Hyde Park. Very nice breakfast in the adjoining restaurant. Helpful and friendly staff.
