It was a nice stay. The location is very close to almost everything I needed (The tube, stores, restaurants, etc). The hotel isn't on a main street so it was quiet.

We were at the hotel for almost two weeks. We had a wonderful stay other than a glitch at check-in. The hotel is close to Paddington; the immediate neighbourhood has good restaurants; and is within walking distance of Hyde Part, Wallace Collection, etc. The staff are friendly and courteous. And our room was modestly spacious. On the whole we had a wonderful stay.

There were seven of us staying for our Christmas get together, checking in was a breeze and the rooms were lovely, nicely stocked and comfortable, staff were very helpful, smiley and pleasant, hotel was nicely decorated for the season. Wishing you all a very Happy Christmas

Great breakfasts, perfect location for getting on the underground and buses at Paddington, staff really helpful
