Great Service
We could not have had a better hotel stay! From check-in to check-out it was exceptional. We had 2 rooms booked and both were super, lovely views over the garden, well equipped and very clean. Thank you to the lovely guy who checked us in, so gentle, kind and helpful 5*. We will definitrly recommend this hotel and will return. Thank you your great service is very much appreciated.

Wonderful Hotel
Great location and good rooms with plenty of light. Very close to Paddington Station, but not to be confused with Mercure Paddington. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Located on a quiet square. The fridge with free drinks is a lovely touch. Excellent staff. Breakfast much improved since 18 months ago.

Great stay in London
Great stay in London, clean, spacious rooms, lovely staff. Very nice location, close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station. Very comfortable beds, the room also had air con what was very helpful during a heatwave. Great value for money, all the mini bar items were complimentary and replenished daily.
