Great location, lovely room and helpful staff
The room was comfortable, clean and modern. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The rest of the hotel was nicely presented and had all the amenities needed. Would definitely stay again.
Stay in London
Very comfortable, clean hotel, just steps from Paddington station. The room wasn't very big, but it was well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed and a nice, fairly large bathroom. Very friendly and helpful cleaning staff. The reception staff were friendly and very patient with our difficulties with English. We will definitely be back

After a warm welcome, I was quickly in my room that had everything I needed for a perfect stay. The complimentary chocolates were a nice touch! I will be back
Amazing Stay and Close to Paddington
A wonderful boutique style hotel close walking distance to Paddington station . The staff kindly upgraded our room to a spacious Family suite, with a cute balcony where we enjoyed breakfast. Thanks Mohammed and Hussain for creating an enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel
We chose the Mercure London Hyde Park Hotel for location and price. The hotel was nicer than expected. Location, a 5 minute walk from Paddington Station, is excellent. The reception staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean and visually pleasing. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with a nice mini bar and coffee and tea making facilities. The bathroom was nice and had a heated floor. Our stay was short, but very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Deeia at reception was so friendly and accommodating, and her customer service was simply outstanding. Such a lovely young woman who made sure we felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. She does the hotel a great service. We would definitely stay here again!
