Wonderful pleasant staff and location
Very helpful, friendly and pleasant personnel. I had packages delivered to their sister hotel in error and the reception staff had it waiting for me at the correct hotel. They went that extra mile. Shout out to Giselle in the restaurant, where we had breakfast. The deco was tastefully done with a theme of early British cinema.

Great stay in this cosy hotel very well located. The team at the front desk was very professional and friendly. They offered me a better room and other benefits as per my membership status with Accor Hotel. Superior room was nice and clean with all required amenities. Breakfast with multiple choices which is convenient for every type of customers. From the hotel you can visit all areas of the city using subway from Paddington Station. Would definitely recommend the visit !

Perfect place.
Great hotel with amazing staff. Hopped on the train from Heathrow and was in Paddington station in 25 mins. Then a short walk to the hotel. Room was great and the breakfast was amazing. Location is perfect and the station is so close which made it easy for me to get around London. Will definitely stay again.

Comfy beds
Well placed, top service from the staff, v comfy beds and speedy wifi. Tiny rooms (at least the twin room - can barely squeeze past the bed to the wardrobe). Breakfast outsourced to Bella Italia and was better than I expected for it (4/5 imo)
Wonderful front of house and housekeeping staff made this hotel especially welcoming after long days touring London!
We loved our stay here! The gentlemen at the front desk when we checked in was so helpful and the cleaning crew ensured our room was sparkling when we got back from our days’ touring. Great Stay !
