The staff were all amazing, especially the ladies who helped me with plasters for my frazzled feet! The amenities were great, nice to have proper milk in the fridge and complimentary drinks.

Very nice staff at reception. Room was an ok size but for the price of hotels in London it was very reasonable. Very nice breakfast In Bella italia restaurant connected to the hotel. Paddington station connecting different parts of London city and Heathrow Airport is only 5 minutes walk away. Hyde Park is also about 8 minutes walk from the hotel with beautiful walks and gardens.

Great location - only 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station and the airport express train. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lovely gifts in the refrigerator free of charge. Very thoughtful.
