Olympic Park London Santa Run 2022
This year the RunThrough Foundation will be hosting a Santa Run in the incredible North Grounds of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on Saturday 11th December 2022, participants will be able to choose between a 5k or 10k run that will be chip timed for posterity.
The course is perfect for those who wish to accomplish a quick timed run as the grounds themselves are flat, fast and absolutely awe-inspiring, the event is truly an exciting morning for all with everyone who completes it receiving a medal at the end of the race.
As part of the Santa Run participants will receive water, fruit and mince pies to keep their energy levels up. Whether you’re running five or ten, each kilometre is clearly marked with distance flags to help you deduce how far you’ve come. On the day there will also be helpers to keep you on the straight and narrow as well as being there for support to cheer you on as you complete your run.
The race is organised by The RunThrough Foundation whose mission is to empower people from low-income areas across the UK to transform their lives and mental wellbeing through equal access to running events, training programmes and workshops.
