Excellent Location, Beautiful Hotel
My mother and I recently stayed at the Mercure London Hyde Park, though we tried to check in at the Mercure Paddington -- we had no idea there were two Mercure Hotels so close together! The staff was wonderful, they took our bags and walked us right over to the correct location. Our hotel was lovely. The staff was very helpful, the lobby was clean and very tastefully decorated. Our room was perfect, and the amenities were generous. The location was our reason for choosing this hotel, and we were not disappointed. We easily walked to and from the Paddington Train Station with our luggage. We walked to Kensington Gardens and Kensington Palace. The hotel was near bus stops and the Hop on Hop off Bus stop. The neighborhood was clean and quiet but still near restaurants and shops. Overall, it was the perfect place for us to stay while in London.

Professional staff, every member of the staff I interacted with was helpful. Hotel was clean and as expected. I chose a proper hotel experience because I wanted hotel service and they delivered.

My daughter and I stayed here for three nights; we were on vacation. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable.
Very satisfactory
I liked the location, it is close to several stops. The breakfast was very rich and varied and the bed was very comfortable. I also liked the snacks at the bar that were free.
Nice hotel, situated in a quiet location
Nice hotel, situated in a quiet location near Hyde Park. Nice (clean) rooms with very good beds. In the Italian restaurant you can eat very well, in addition, breakfast is served there every morning. We have been to this hotel several times and will definitely come back.
Wonderful friendly helpful staff
Wonderful friendly helpful staff, great location, well appointed rooms (we missed out on our usual Junior suite but the Executive King was good if just a bit small!). Breakfast included a big plus too & very good. Excellent. We will continue to stay as long as you'll have us!
