Excellent location to travel from Heathrow to Paddington Station and walk 3 minutes. Very modern and nice decoration of the rooms, clean, warm and comfortable. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. I would repeat.

This hotel has an excellent location just 3 minutes walk from Paddington Station and underground. It is however very quiet in a leafy garden square. I had requested a room overlooking the garden (we were visiting London to celebrate my husbands 80th birthday ) Not only was and this was ensured ,but the staff at reception also welcomed him with birthday greetings and were professional, helpful and friendly for the whole of our stay.Lourdes, Lara, Roberto ,Baron and Giorgio were all charming and helpful
