Good location, nice hotel. Very simple fast check in and check out. Room is small but clean and well organised

Our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also very good. Location was perfect, near the Underground, walking distance to Hyde Park and many surrounding restaurants.

Absolutely everything, just a beautiful hotel in a perfect location to Hyde park, shops , restaurants. The staff were absolutely lovely they even wished my partner a happy birthday and we found a bottle of Prosecco on the bed it was just a lovely gesture and was well received.

The location was conveniently close to many shops and the train. The air-conditioning worked very well , the bed was extremely comfortable. It had a mini fridge to keep our drinks cool and fit a small dessert that we had purchased from tye restaurants that was attached which was also very good. It had everything our family needed for our stay. Everything works properly and it was very clean with friendly staff.

The hotel was very nice, well appointed. The staff were very friendly. There is another Mercure hotel near by and we mistakenly went to that one first. Amazingly one of the staff took our bags and walked us to the other hotel. This was above and beyond, great service!

Easy to find within a short walk of Paddington train station. Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent accommodation with little extra touches e.g. fresh milk in the room in the fridge, free soft drinks, bath robes etc.

The location is very good, in the greenery, walking distance to Hyde Park and the metro, the breakfast service and variety are very good.
