Overall a good experience. The hotel is well placed within a few minutes of Paddington and sitting equally close to Lancaster Gate. Reception staff could be a little friendlier although they are not impolite. Room on ground floor feels a little ‘cave’ like with a window giving out to a ventilation shaft. All in all a good value hotel for London if you don’t plan to stay too long in your room.

Quiet and beautiful location for London. Very short walk to Paddington Station, therefore well located in terms of transport. Very comfortable beds and really good housekeeping! Water and Nespresso free of charge. The breakfast at Bella Italia was perfect, everything was there, with very nice staff. The best bakked eggs I've ever eaten.
