- The mini bar is free and is changed daily 👍 I liked the coffee machine with the four capsules 👍🏼 The decor and space of the room was very suitable 😊 There are no rooms in the reserved category with a beautiful view. - Our view was of the lighthouse and when asked to change it they told us there were no other options 😊 - the products of body care the bathroom is beautiful and wonderful. Easy check in procedures. - The beauty of the location, its quietness and its cleanliness and its proximity to a few steps to Hyde Park as well as Patdong Train Station behind the hotel. - Close to restaurants and groceries. - There are two types of regular and luxurious iron in the room and this is not found in other hotels. - The staff are very friendly, cheerful and helpful. - There is no bidet spray. - The corridors between the room are very narrow, only fit one person. - The supplier in the room even though we stayed a week it was not renewed in the bathroom. - The bed is very small 👍👍🏻We received the room right, clean and tidy but when touching the surfaces whether room or bathroom faucet are all dusty

This is my third stay at Mercure London Hyde Park Hotel and I can’t recommend it enough! I have never had a bad stay, staff are always friendly and accommodating! Rooms are always clean and the complimentary drinks are always a plus!
Excellent location
Hotel very conveniently located for Paddington station and our office and yet very quiet in a secluded crescent so a peaceful night's sleep. Hotel has a boutique feel but again is centrally located. Very clean and modern room and bathroom facilities. Excellent shower!

Beautiful little hotel in a lovely area
Extremely well located for transport, it is in a little square so was calm & quiet which was needed after a long day travelling and business the next day. The room was exceptionally well appointed and the staff welcoming. In the room there was a selection of soft drinks and juices free of charge. Breakfast is in a lovely cafe accessed from within the hotel and made a welcome change to the regular hotel buffet breakfasts - there was plenty available to help yourself to, such as fruit, cereal and pastries but also a good a la carte menu (included!) making the hot choice freshly cooked for you. I highly recommend.
