Upon arrival our room was ready early which was great! We checked in and headed to our room where a manager was doing the final cleaning checks which we were very impressed with! The room was very cosy and clean, perfect for our 2 nights in London! The next morning we enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant, and on our second evening we ate at the Bella Italia which is joined to the restaurant. Whilst the restaurant was extremely busy due to it being Saturday evening, we were happy with our experience and everything was very tasty! The next morning we checked out and was able to leave our suitcases whilst we explored London on our last day. We would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend to others! Thanks for a great trip!

My London trip from dubai

I wanted to take the time and truly thank the staff at the mercure Hyde park. The service I have received has been greatly appreciated and recognised. I first stayed from the 4th - 7th feb, this was my first visit as I am from dubai and not familiar with the area however we seen good reviews so we chose this hotel. When we first received our key access to the room, we were not happy with the size. Antonio who was really kind and professional upgraded our room and gave us exceptional customer service. He was very polite, positive energy and was always ready to accommodate and ask us how our stay was and if we needed anything. I wanted to also personally thank Azka who accommodated with my stay, I came back as I really loved the hotel for one night before I fly back home 17th-18th, she gave me excellent service and checked up on me and was always ready to see if I needed anything. Massive thank you, sending my appreciation and gratitude to the staff. When I re-visit the Uk I would definitely come here again, also breakfast is amazing...

Fantastic hotel

Stayed here for 1 night (Sunday) and thoroughly impressed with everything about this hotel. We had an attic room on the 5th floor, yes it was fairly small and only a double bed but it was well presented and extremely clean and modern. The hotel has a Bella Italia downstairs which we are at for dinner, great service and great food! The breakfast was in there too and excellent! Full English breakfast was good quality. The hotel is a great location, short few min walk to the nearest tube and only took us around 25 mins to walk to Oxford St. I was also amazed at how quiet this hotel was a night. We would 100% book here again!

We had a great break for my wife’s 50th birthday and would definitely stay again.

Staff were attentive and friendly, rooms were beautiful and clean, bathroom was pristine.. having Alexa in the rooms was awesome!
