The room was excellent very clean. The staff were always helpful and always very polite and friendly. The location was good and easy to find. The whole of our stay went very well and we would certainly return.
Great spot, great hotel
Great location near Paddington station, which meant access is simple to London and further afield. Room was quite small, which you expect for London, but very clean and comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were very friendly. Really enjoyable stay - I would definitely choose this hotel again.
