Amazing location and service
Loved this hotel, on arrival we were surprised and managed to get into our room early, this made all the difference to the day! Staff were extremely welcoming and the hotel was really clean and we had everything we needed. Great location with transport just around the corner and very close to the train station. Would definitely book again!
Exceeded Expectations
I am a Diamond Accor member and stay at many hotels throughout the year. This hotel was exceptional with the following standout points: - location is great between Paddington train station and Hyde Park - breakfast was superior to most hotel breakfasts - room (we had a family room) was perfect and exactly what we needed - staff were brilliant which really made our stay terrific - we arrived early and the staff facilitated an early check in and even some coffee’s for us If anyone is after a great, well priced stay in London, you won’t be disappointed here.
A warm welcome
We were a group of 5 ladies checking in for just one night. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to Paddington Station and we were expecting a functional hotel, nothing more. What a surprise! We were very warmly welcomed by a lovely lady (possibly Nina?) she upgraded our triple room,gave us all a welcome drink and appeared to genuinely enjoy helping us.. Our rooms were great, no issues at all. We also had breakfast, which was taken at the adjoining Bella Italia, this also exceeded expectations. The young lady that served us there (I’m sorry I don’t have her name) never wrote anything down and got all 5 of our different breakfasts spot on. She was efficient and happy to bring extra teas, coffee etc. All in all this was a great stay and we will definitely return. Thank you to all at the Mercure Hyde Park

This is a Wonderful Hotel in Paddington area of central London located near to Hyde Park.Oxford and Regent streets are nearby.Apart from its wonderful Location the ambience is Excellent supported by Top notch services.Special Thanks to Anna and Jabeen who have been wonderfully supportive and responsive throughout.Looking forward for the same till our stay here at Marcure Hyde Park.
Fantastic Staff - Such a highlight of the trip
It was a spur of the moment decision to book the hotel however the staff were brilliant in getting up seen too and accommodated quickly. Jessica was a standout. She gave recommendations for the area, sorted our additional asks and made me feel instantly at home - would book again purely for the service I received from her!

Good hotel. Very good location. All the staffs are really kind and superb. Though there's some miscommunication happened when we wanted to keep our luggages here forna few days, but Mr. Witek helped us with it and its all done perfectly. He is really kind and helpful. Thank you.
Great experience!!
Stayed there as a big family for a total of 8 nights, and it was great experience! The hotel let us keep our luggage's when we were traveling to another cities. The service was really great, and love the breakfast! The location is amazing too, its really near to Paddington station. Got lots of help from Mr. Witek. He may seems stern but he's really kind and super helpful.
