Great staff in a very well-run establishment located close to all transport needs & support services
We arrived at the Mercure ex Australia at 7.30am. The staff member on duty was superb and said he thought he had a room for us. It was duly organised at no additional cost. He thought we would like a freshen up and a rest before heading out sightseeing. What a fantastic job he did and I hope he is separately complimented by management for the sterling arrangements he made. The room could not be faulted - clean, comfortable, everything worked, quick internet, spotlessly clean etc. We will return!

Well Located, Good stay
Like the location of the hotel. Close to Paddington train station and walking distance to tourist area. The room is quite spacious. I only see one elevator for guest and hotel service, the corridor is narrow. During our stay the guest above our room made a lot of noises like pounding and bouncing sound las someone was walking or running around. Quite annoying because it happened during rest time at night. The overall beside that, our stay was pleasant. The staff are nice the hotel ambience and room facilities is good.

Had a couple of nights at the hotel. We booked the larger double and it was a nice size, not as big as it looks in the pictures. Clean, very comfortable bed, lovely shower.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and the room excellent
