Great location. I have not been to this neighborhood before and found it very comfortable, safe, with direct direction to the airport. I would stay in Paddington again.

The hotel was in a perfect location seconds close to the main city. The hotel room was very comfortable, convenient and clean. I like it very much and I will choose this hotel in my next London trip.

The location just perfect a step walk to the Paddington Station. The footpath is smooth for the dragging a suitcase. The area is easy to find the food. Room was modern, Clean, full of amenity kit. The bed is high standard and comfy. The room also has Heater, Air condition and a biggest screen of TV. When I arrived in Feb which is low occupancy, the manager upgrade me to the suit room. So kind!!

We stayed at Mercure hotel several times before and were happy to be back. We really appreciate the close location to paddington station and the kindness of the personal (especially a special thank to Witek for making our stay special). The rooms are cosy and quiet.

We had a very good time at Mercure hotel. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed the very close location to paddington station. The area offers plenty of restaurants options. A special thanks to Witek who made our breakfasts unforgettable. See you again very soon

Amazing location and service

Loved this hotel, on arrival we were surprised and managed to get into our room early, this made all the difference to the day! Staff were extremely welcoming and the hotel was really clean and we had everything we needed. Great location with transport just around the corner and very close to the train station. Would definitely book again!
