Great hotel
Stayed at this hotel for two night friend staff and clean rooms. Rooms was well equipped would reccomend the executive rooms only issues we found was the shower pressure was not the best. Would definitely stay again. Not far from paddington and the underground
We loved this Hotel!
The hotel is very smart and cosy, the location is fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We loved it. We arrived so early at the hotel, after a 10 hours flight and the team managed to get us a room. Thank you Roberto, Tatiana, Francesca, Lourdes and the whole team- you did a great job! We definitely plan on returning.
Always a great stay
Fantastic rooms - spotless and modern. The reception team are exceptional - efficient, professional and friendly. I am a frequent guest and really enjoy the excellent service I am given, the warm welcome that I always receive and the genuine, smiling farewells upon departure.They exceed my expectations on every visit - thanks Lourdes, Tatiana, Roberto, Baron and Sebastian! It is the great team and vibe here that make it stand out - I wouldn't stay anywhere else in London
Great Hotel ....
Before booking here I had read many reviews and was leary of the small rooms so we booked a junior suite. SOOO Worth it. The room was a good size, I would suggest a junior suite at this property. We had laundry survice done twice and were very pleased with the service and hte presentation of our clothes upon the return. The staff was very helpful and nice. I loved being walking distance to PAddinton station , made it easy with our flights in and out along with getting around the city and avoiding the horrid london traffic
Perfect overnight stay for London shopping trip
The Mercure London Hyde Park was perfect for our stay, a few mins walk from Paddington Station to check in (early check in was no problem) and drop our bags and straight out to Oxford Street, Covent Garden etc, an easy walk away. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room compact but of a high standard and the complimentary water, fruit, tea/coffee, biscuits and chocolate all a lovely treat. We were very tired after a full days shopping and were easily able to order food to our room from outside restaurants. Would stay again! Recommend for short stays.
Delightful Stay
We had a pleasant time overall. When we first entered the building, we had a warm welcome from Francesca, and she made our check in and check out process as smooth as possible. Baron was also very kind and helpful when we had additional requests before we left the hotel. The interior of the hotel was quite marvelous, and it had the essentials we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this place for your stay in London
Very good
Excellent location to travel from Heathrow to Paddington Station and walk 3 minutes. Very modern and nice decoration of the rooms, clean, warm and comfortable. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. I would repeat.
Great stay
This hotel has an excellent location just 3 minutes walk from Paddington Station and underground. It is however very quiet in a leafy garden square. I had requested a room overlooking the garden (we were visiting London to celebrate my husbands 80th birthday ) Not only was and this was ensured ,but the staff at reception also welcomed him with birthday greetings and were professional, helpful and friendly for the whole of our stay.Lourdes, Lara, Roberto ,Baron and Giorgio were all charming and helpful
