The rooms are very clean and maintained good the staff is very good and professional the location is very convenient near to Paddington station

We enjoyed our stay. Could walk to most things we were going to and Paddington Station was close by if we needed to us the underground. It's in a quiet area so we slept well. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and excellent location
The staff are so friendly and helpful. They make us feel so very welcome. Rooms are lovely and clean. Location is excellent, a short distance to the train station. And very close to Hyde park were we love to go for long walks.
Wonderful
The members of staff were very friendly, always keen to help and accomodating with any request. I felt quite spoiled as I was upgraded from a standard king room to a superior king room, which was very beautiful with gorgeous wallpaper and blue and golden tones. It was a nice size room with a large wardrobe, king-size bed, a desk, nespresso machine, a small pack of biscuits, Ferrero Roche chocolates and complimentary drinks in a mini fridge. The bathroom had a nice size shower unit and it also had robes and slippers. Quite a nice luxury room without the luxury price considering its London and located quite central. I will most likely stay again in this hotel on my next trip to London and I recommend it.

Great breakfast in the restaurant and close to public transport (paddington station) if you need to be in London.

Everything was great, clean, comfortable and well connected by bus and metro. A step away from Hyde Park.
