A hotel that is just PERFECT! The location is exceptional, a 5-minute walk from Paddington tube station and a 10-minute walk from Hyde Park! We loved the location! The suite is magnificent, the bed a real treat after a long day of walking in London! The staff is attentive and the quality of the services is truly high-quality! We have tried many hotels in London but this one is at the top of the list, we will definitely be back! I almost forgot... The breakfast in the Bella Italia restaurant is very generous, with many choices available, in short, THANK YOU very much to the entire hotel team, you are exceptional

The accommodation is simply wonderful! I strongly recommend the lodging. I got an upgrade and a free minibar without asking for anything extra. Metro nearby, quiet street with many restaurants and markets nearby.

Property has good sized rooms and is an ideal location. Hotel lobby and restaurant are immaculately decorated and very welcoming.

Convenient location, a few minutes walking to Paddington station. The mini bar is excellent.

Great place to stay near everything and perfect for the Heathrow express to the airport.

I love staying at this hotel, as I have said in previous reviews. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are lovely and comfortable. And the location is fantastic, close to Hyde park and not far to the train station.
