Amazing stay for the 3rd time!

This is my third stay at Mercure London Hyde Park Hotel and I can’t recommend it enough! I have never had a bad stay, staff are always friendly and accommodating! Rooms are always clean and the complimentary drinks are always a plus!

Hotel very conveniently located for Paddington station and our office and yet very quiet in a secluded crescent so a peaceful night's sleep. Hotel has a boutique feel but again is centrally located. Very clean and modern room and bathroom facilities. Excellent shower!

Extremely well located for transport, it is in a little square so was calm & quiet which was needed after a long day travelling and business the next day. The room was exceptionally well appointed and the staff welcoming. In the room there was a selection of soft drinks and juices free of charge. Breakfast is in a lovely cafe accessed from within the hotel and made a welcome change to the regular hotel buffet breakfasts - there was plenty available to help yourself to, such as fruit, cereal and pastries but also a good a la carte menu (included!) making the hot choice freshly cooked for you. I highly recommend.

Had a great time at the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Location is great and close to main transport hub

Great location. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. We like staying near Paddington when we are in London, and this hotel was new to us. We would stay again.

The location is very good. It's the best thing about the hotel. Close to Padington and Hyde Park
