Quiet and beautiful location for London. Very short walk to Paddington Station, therefore well located in terms of transport. Very comfortable beds and really good housekeeping! Water and Nespresso free of charge. The breakfast at Bella Italia was perfect, everything was there, with very nice staff. The best bakked eggs I've ever eaten.

Perfect location to Peddington which provides great proximity to several sightseeing places and LHR airport. Night hotel staff very flexible to late check out or early check in and ven so kind !!! Highly recommended ! Room was also upgraded.

The hotel is located in a very quiet street, yet just a few steps from Paddington station and slightly further Lancaster gate. Good breakfast with fresh fruit, sweet pastries, yoghurt, cereals and also English breakfast. In-room coffee and tea facilities.

Very comfortable place to stay near public transport.

Location, luggage storage, comfort, good Wi-Fi connection, quiet, friendly, great shower, plenty of TV channels to choose from and choice of drinks in the fridge. For the price a face washer would have been nice. My booking said garden view or city view so for the price another apartment building out the window close by did not meet our expectations.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Mercure, because I have always been very well attended. The facilities are good, the staff attentive and the breakfast, great!
