Fabulous stay in Mercure Hyde Park
The hotel is located in a very quiet street, yet just a few steps from Paddington station and slightly further Lancaster gate. Good breakfast with fresh fruit, sweet pastries, yoghurt, cereals and also English breakfast. In-room coffee and tea facilities.
Very comfortable place to stay near public transport.
Location, luggage storage, comfort, good Wi-Fi connection, quiet, friendly, great shower, plenty of TV channels to choose from and choice of drinks in the fridge. For the price a face washer would have been nice. My booking said garden view or city view so for the price another apartment building out the window close by did not meet our expectations.
Positive experience
Great location and super clean. Rooms have all necessary facilities. Quiet location in city centre
Quiet
This is the second time I have stayed at the Mercure, because I have always been very well attended. The facilities are good, the staff attentive and the breakfast, great!
Great Location
Great location for attending an awards ceremony nice well equipped room good shower. Friendly welcoming front of house staff.
Great location. Good stay
Enjoyable. Clean, warm, comfortable stay. Great location, Close to Paddington Station
Good location
We stay at the Mercue Hyde Park frequently. We chose it because of it proximity to Pddington Station, it friendly staff and facilities.
Receptionist was very helpful
"Receptionist was very helpful and getting our room ready early lovely hotel and staff highly recommend"
quiet
Paddington is being developed little by little, and the Elizabeth Line is more convenient than anything else.
Overall great experience from start to finish.
I had to call and check the bookings a few times ahead of arriving as we had people staying for an event we were running nearby - staff and speakers. The gentleman on the phone was so helpful and patient with me when we had name changes at various times ahead of our stay. Check in was easy and my room was immaculate. Very comfortable bed and really appreciated the complimentary drinks in my fridge. Quiet at night. The breakfast was good, although would have appreciated knowing there was buffet selections before ordering a hot breakfast. That's my only complaint though. All the staff were friendly and helpful. All my colleagues enjoyed their stay too, and didn't hear any complaints. The price was fair too I thought.
