I stayed at the Mercure Hyde Park London from 3 August to 9 August 2024, and overall, it was a very good experience. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay feel comfortable from the start. The hotel was very clean, with housekeeping taking care of the rooms every day. Good Paddington hotel
Good location close to Paddington and Hyde Park. Room was small but comfortable with a good bed and ensuite. Happy hour is appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Service is great.
We are having a great stay at the mecure hyde park. Really impressed with service and hospitality of Renee on the front desk. Highly recommend it for business and pleasure. Easy access to paddington station. Great food and pub options close.
Couldn’t be more helpful
Service was amazing. Well looked after. Arrived, gave me late check out and breakfast even though not included. Gave me great directions on where to go, a porter wheeled my cases all the way to Paddington Station. Beds great, facilities always amazing.
A lovely stay
We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Room was spotless and well equipped and the location was perfect for Hyde Park concerts and easy access to the city. Breakfast was excellent. All the staff were great with Sophia on the front desk being particularly helpful and cheerful.
Great value
Had a great stay here after flying into London from abroad. We only were staying a couple of nights before heading out from Paddington so this hotel was great! We traveled with our 2 yo and got a family room which had a spacious double bed and a twin set up and it worked for our family perfectly. Staff were absolutely fantastic and honestly made us want to stay here again!
Excellent
Honestly, the rooms were great and clean. But what really stood out for us was the front of house staff! We arrived late on a sunday with our 2 yo and the staff were so welcoming and helpful beyond their usual duty. They helped me find milk at like 1030 pm for our kid which was amazing! Rooms are great but the staff are exceptional!
Lovely hotel, very clean, very modern and the perfect location.
Great location, as we were in London for the Hyde Park festival. Lovely staff, very clean and modern. We had to book this at the last minute as our other accommodation in London cancelled our booking the night before we travelled from Scotland to London, so thank you Mercure Hyde Park for a lovely stay and looking after us :)

The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly and quick to sort out the few little queries I had.
Conducive venue, value for money
Location is stone throw from Paddington Station, bus stops, taxis and amenities, Front counter especially Ms Deea was extremely hospitable, room size was acceptable to London normal standard, the English breakfast was excellent
