Wonderful friendly staff. My junior suite was extremely comfortable and clean.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the station! There are many restaurants nearby!

Our stay was very nice. Hotel is conveniently located. Just couple of minutes from Paddington Tube Station. Hyde Park is 5 mins. walk. Rooms are small but well appointed. I suppose in Central London hotels, that's the usual thing. Reception staffs were very nice and supportive. Our room was upgraded. I must mention about Sophia, who was always very helpful and smiling too. Breakfast spreads were excellent. Overall experience was very good. We will surely try to be in this hotel in our next trip too.

We enjoyed our stay so much we moved back to this hotel when we extended our winter holiday! The hotel is conveniently located, cozy and safe and the staff are so helpful, friendly and kind. Ayman was especially welcoming and made us feel right at home when we came back! Because of room availability we were also able to extend our check out time slightly which was so helpful and accommodating. Will be back at this hotel next time we’re back in London!

We had a great stay at the Mercure London Hyde park hotel. We booked it for the location but were pleasantly surprised to discover that the staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant; the hotel was spotless; the beds were incredibly comfortable and the breakfast in the Bella Italia was excellent. Great job to the team at the hotel and thanks for having us.
