Nice boutique hotel with great service. We went to another property under the same name and the staff was so friendly to walk us to the correct property! Restaurant on the ground floor served great food and saved us trouble in finding a place to eat on Jan 1st. Highly recommend!

We have just returned from a stay in London where we spent 4 nights at the Mercury London Hyde Park Hotel. Great location 5 minutes from Paddington station super convenient for getting around everywhere in London, superb hotel, spacious room with all the necessary comfort, very comfortable bed, clean and beautiful room, cleaning and beds made every day, very friendly staff and smiling, breakfast with a lot of choice, continental or English everything was delicious. If we return to London we will definitely return to this hotel.

this is our 4th or 5th time staying here, enjoyed every stay the staff were really nice especially on our recent stay. Mary and Elezeida were sweethearts helping with a few problems we had. They were very understanding and helpful so big thumbs up to them. Will be staying here in a few weeks so looking forward to the stay.
